We are a small design group, and all of our jewelry is handmade to order by artists in the USA. This means that your mermaid tears jewelry will be made upon receiving your order, as opposed to having it mass-produced overseas. Because of this, please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be shipped. If you need any item(s) on a rush basis, please let us know at the time of your order and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Upon receipt, all orders must be inspected immediately. Any problems must be reported to us within 24 hours, via email or over the telephone. If your purchase was damaged or lost, we will assist you with any information you may need in order to file a claim with the delivey carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. We are committed to keeping shipping/handling costs as low as possible, so all of our orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Packages will be delivered through First-Class or Priority Mail, and will also be Insured with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. Expect packages in 1-3 days from shipment date.


Mermaid Tears Jewelry offers Store Credit Only. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us. We would be happy to exchange your merchandise for something of equal value or offer you a “store credit” in the form of a gift certificate (minus the cost of all shipping and handling). We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and are willing to work directly with you to achieve this! Custom designs and bridal jewelry are final sale only! No credits or exchanges will be accepted on items that were specially ordered, lengthened/shortened, or had any requests for design changes. Any deposits taken for custom/bridal orders are non-refundable. All returns must be post-marked within 10 calendar days of receipt, or they will not be accepted for exchange or credit. The merchandise must be un-worn, in perfect condition, and inside its original packing. We cannot be obligated to accept the return of damaged or worn merchandise, therefore it is suggested that you insure all packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping Instructions: Use the United States Postal Service only, either First-Class or Priority Mail Using a padded envelope or a box for shipping, wrap jewelry securely in tissue paper or bubble wrap before stuffing into the package. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and indicate your reasons for the return, making sure to describe what you would like to receive in exchange. Secure package with packing tape and be sure its labeled clearly. Insure the package before you mail it! Mermaid Tears Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit.
